You might remember when Qirex used heavy craft that were fast and tough, but also sluggish on the corners. That was all then, this Qirex craft is a different kind to behold. It might be average in almost all areas, but its shielding is still very robust. All of this will promise to make the difference against all other craft. Even if you might not be able to outpace the faster craft on the straights, nor outmanoeuvre the nimbler craft on the corners, you will soon find this craft very reliable, so maintaining your pace with the help of airbrakes is the key to winning with this thing. And its shielding will help keep you in one piece, especially if you happen to be an aggressive pilot.

Trivia

• According to the series' lore, the reason for the Qirex FX300 ship's balanced specifications compared to all of the team's previous ships is due to the fact that the team had been rebuilt from the ground up under the leadership of its new owner, Feliks Levovich. Consequently, the new Qirex team has never reached the level of wealth that their original counterpart enjoyed.
• This is the last Qirex ship in the series to use light blue as part of its livery, although this only applies to the default livery.
