It is, however, hinted that a high-spirited party Cheung attended several years ago left him with no memory of his life prior to that point. • Despite his nationality being listed as unknown, his surname Cheung may suggest a Chinese nationality (most likely Hong Kong, where English given names are also used alongside Cantonese ones).
  • Because of his augmentation by EG-R, it is possible that his nationality had been revoked, and that he could potentially be rendered as stateless.
• Much like Alex Reece, it is possible that Cheung died, or was mortally injured as a human, only to be resurrected as a cyborg by EG-R.
