Paul Cheung was a pilot for EG-R during the F9000 League.
In-game Description[]
EG-R Technologies is unable to supply personal background data on pilot Paul Cheung. It is, however, hinted that a high-spirited party Cheung attended several years ago left him with no memory of his life prior to that point. The team reserves the right to withhold further data under article XXIVB.C/34 subsection 84839D of the World Peace Council's amendment to the Universal Declaration of Sporting Rights.

Trivia[]
- Despite his nationality being listed as unknown, his surname Cheung may suggest a Chinese nationality (most likely Hong Kong, where English given names are also used alongside Cantonese ones).
- Because of his augmentation by EG-R, it is possible that his nationality had been revoked, and that he could potentially be rendered as stateless.
- Much like Alex Reece, it is possible that Cheung died, or was mortally injured as a human, only to be resurrected as a cyborg by EG-R.
- He is also known to exhibit unusual behaviors, such as using the word "existence" before "life" in his introduction in EG-R's Super Weapon Licence Challenge.
- It is also possible that, like Reece, Cheung is incapable of drinking or eating.
- His conversion into a potential "super-pilot" may reference the origin story of RoboCop.
