The EG-X FX350/400 is a ship featured in Wipeout Pulse and Wipeout HD. An alternate version with a slight increase in speed and handling appears in the Fury expansion pack.

This unlikely partnership from China's EG-R and Sweden's Xios sees their debut ship emerge as something of a dark horse, with a very capable engine and respectable shielding.
Overview[]
The EG-X craft has a considerable top speed coupled with very good acceleration. It'll get going very quickly as it jumps off the pack, and when it reaches its top speed, it'll keep up with almost any craft out there. However, the tradeoff is the heavy handling. Some skills of airbraking are needed to handle this craft, but the thrusters should ensure you aren't slowed for too long. Its shield also leaves something to be desired, so combat is not its strong point.
Fury[]
The Fury upgrade boosts the strengths of the EG-X even further, giving it a small enhancement on top speed and making it a little easier to handle.

- Lore-wise, the ship is said to feature some kind of a telepathic link with the pilot, suggesting that this ship is controlled with a neurotechnological control system as opposed to the traditional control module.
- This ship, along with the Qirex LS07 in its alternate livery, appear on the cover of Wipeout Pulse.
- In Wipeout HD, the ship's thruster's exhaust pipe looks identical to the one on the Zone ship, but this only applies to its HD variant.
