Alex Reece was a pilot for EG-R during the F9000 League.
In-game Description[]
EG-R Technologies is unable to supply personal background data on pilot Alex Reece. The only available information was that Reece was held hostage during the recent European butter riots, and the violence inflicted at that time has left him unable to remember key life events prior to this unfortunate incident. The team reserves the right to withhold further data under article XXIVB.C/34 subsection 84839D of the World Peace Council's amendment to the Universal Declaration of Sporting Rights.
Trivia[]
- Despite his nationality being listed as unknown, the surname Reece may suggest a British nationality (most likely Welsh, as Reece is a Welsh surname).
- Due to his augmentation by EG-R, it is possible that Reece was rendered stateless, and that his nationality had likely been revoked.
- Like Paul Cheung, it is possible that Reece died, or was mortally injured as a human, only to be resurrected by EG-R as a cyborg.
- His first name, Alex, may reference Alex Murphy, the protagonist of the RoboCop films, who may have served as the inspiration for both Cheung and Reece.
- It is also stated that Reece is incapable of drinking or eating. The same can be assumed for Cheung as well.
